I have had this issue ever since this site started using the code. This happens on my phone or my PC. The app on my phone has been updated. Will this ever stop?

I have this issue also. I've missed out on so many points since I have to enter in the information every time on my phone

If you are still experiencing this error, please uninstall and reinstall the Go365 Mobile app.
It is still saying new device when I've been using my device for a long time now. It has been confirmed many times.
