I check on through the 365 app and it tells me my points are on their way but I get nothing. Is there any way to get these points retroactively applied to my account?

When you are using the beacon, does it show on your Go365 Mobile app and are you able to get a successful check in?
I'll receive an alert that i have arrived at a fitness center. Then when I
check in, it'll check me in and say points are on its way.
The facility is D.R. Semmes Family YMCA and the zip code is 78212.

Yes I do have a screen shot - from November. And to be honest I would say I’ve tried to check in at least 5 times before I contacted you all. How shall I send the screenshot?
