I have an iPhone XR with OS 13.2.3 and the Go365 app version 4.2.1. I have deleted and reinstalled the app without any luck logging in. When I first login it sends a verification code. I enter the code and then it asks me to confirm security by logging in again. When I go to login the second time it starts to load and then says login failed your information doesn’t match our records. I am able to login on the computer using the same information without any problem.
