My app says login failed when I try to log in. It works fine on a computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone and checked for updates, and the error persists.

Can you please log into your humana.com account, and change your password. Once you have changed your password, please log into your Go365 Mobile app.
If you are still unable to login, please let me know the model and version of your phone, software version and the version of your Go365 Mobile app. I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
