My phone is not being recognized at log in. I am having to enter a new code that is sent to my email EVERY TIME i log into the app. I am also unable to sync other apps to this one. An app that was already synced is no longer and will not re-sync. Therefor

My phone is not being recognized at log in. I am having to enter a new code that is sent to my email EVERY TIME i log into the app. I am also unable to sync other apps to this one. An app that was already synced is no longer and will not re-sync. Therefore this app is no longer tracking my steps, sleep diary, etc which means i am not getting the points that i have earned! This app is becoming more of an inconvenience than anything.
