Go365 app not recognize my phone

Why does the Go365 app not recognize my phone? Every time I open the app on my mobile it asks for confirmation code. I have reported this earlier in the group and few others mentioned having the same issue! I logged into the website and changed password via Account Settings/Profile, then tried the app again, that too didn't fix the problem. This is very frustrating, please help!
