Healthiq not recognizing email

I'm trying to connect to health iq app for the first time.  This community has instructions directing a user to use their humana email and password.  However all I get is a message that the information does not work.


I ensured the information was correct be resetting my password and verifying which email was associated with my Humana app.  


There is no option to create an account.  So how do I connect?
