I have been trying for days to login to my account on my home computer as well as my work computer and the page just freezes. I can get in on my phone, but I can't login on either of my computers.

I can understand the concern, thank you for reaching out to us! Are you trying to log into a work computer? Are you using internet explorer or Google Chrome? Have you tried to clear your cookies and internet history?
You may need to check your computer for any java updates. If the software is out of date, this could cause an issue getting logged in with the verification process.
Yes I’ve tried it on my home computer as well as my work computer. Neither have a firewall, I’ve cleared cookies etc on all 3 browsers I’ve tried. Explorer, chrome, and Firefox. It has me put in the code and then it either locks up or says it does not recognize the device, even though I’ve put the code in. I also have a coworker with the same problem, and she lives in a different city than me. Looking at the community, I’m obviously not the only one, and this problem is ongoing. Really frustrating.

I am having this exact issue, as well. Once I put my password in (or occasionally I make it to getting the code), it just sits there doing nothing but the page isn't responsive at all.
