Hello... I would also like to know how can I request my free fitbit. I was told at my Drs office about Go365 and its benefits and rewards, and one of the nurses that works there at my Drs office told me that she was told by ?another patient to go to My Humana and log into Go365 and that she then could order her free fit bit to get her started in getting her health better... She showed me the fitbit on her wrist that she had just received. I think I called Customer Service back in December or January and I was told that my type of insurance did not cover the free fitbit, but I just realized that my insurance changed back in February and I got a notification saying Welcome to Go365 and I have bettter benefits now!
So how can I get one now? Do I still need to call Customer Service?

Currently, Go365 does not offer a free Fitbit. However, there may be a program with your benefits, such as Over the Counter or SilverSneakers, that will send out fitness items. To check with your benefits department, please call the number on the back of your Medical ID card to speak with a Customer Care Representative.
