My GO365 App still does not sync with my Samsung Health app...I have done everything you told me to do and since Nov 13th, nothing has synced.

I have done everything you have asked me to do to sync Samsung Health with your Go365 App.  I have deleted your app, I have unsynced Samsung Health with your app.  I have reinstalled your app....still does not work every since you did an update on your app last month on 11/13/19.  Very frustrating!!!
