I am not getting points from my daily health quiz activity. My app was already synced with an old health IQ account but I am not able to disconnect it. The website showed no connected apps. I have tried chatting with reps from go365, they asked me to use the website to sync health IQ and the mobile app to set the activity. I did both but it doesn't work. I was told that I the last data they received was in May and I should wait for 24 hrs for the points to show. It has been more than that.
