I've still been having issues when logging in to the app, every time it says my device is not recognized. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted my phone. I have the latest updates on the app as well as Android. This is getting very annoying.

When you are saying that it does not recognize your device, do you automatically uninstall and reinstall the Go365 Mobile app? If you login without uninstalling the Go365 Mobile app, does it still need you to complete the verification process repeatedly?
I unpdated the app, same thing. I uninstalled the app, reset my phone, reinstalled the app (once) and im still having the issue. The app has been on my phone for 6 days and every time i log in, i get the "new device" BS.
