My steps will not sync from my health app to the 365 app. I open the 365 app every day. I have also reinstalled and connected them and it still is not pushing my step count
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern! Unfortunately, I do not see Apple Health or Shealth connected to Go365. There is only MyFitness Pal connected. Unfortunately, steps will not transfer from MyFitness Pal to Go365.
You will need to connect your Apple Health or Shealth directly to Go365 to have the steps transfer.

So I followed the instructions that you sent. My steps are still not registering in the 365 app. It shows that the apple health app is connected but nothing is pushing to the app.
Thank you for that information. I am still not seeing it connected. Can you please share a screenshot of Apple Health showing connected? How many steps do you average per day? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
