I haven't been able to log into my go 365 account for over two weeks via phone or computer. No point have been able to accumulate. Please help

I’m able to log in today and noticed several thousand points are missing from my account. I had between 12,000-14,000 bucks balance about a month ago before the problems occurred and now my account only shows 7,246 bucks balance.
