I am asked that the device is unknown and I need a verification code emailed to me. Please help!

I am having this same issue I have to log in then get a pin emailed to me so I can login again. It's very frustrating.

If so, please uninstall the Go365 Mobile app and reinstall. You will have to complete the verification process again and then the device should stay as a recognized device. If you continue needing the email for the verification, you can switch your verification process to the mobile text option.
