Cannot login without getting a code emailed to me every time.
I have the same problem and my steps won't sync from Samsung health.
I am having the same problem and was told to reinstall the app to see if that helps. Customer Service also said an enhancement is coming soon that will hopefully fix this problem as Android devices and the app are a known issue.
I have the same issue. Does not sync with Samsung Health and recognizes my phone as a new device requiring a code everytime I log in.
After a month, this issue was resolved but I had to work with Customer Service to open a ticket. Hopefully you can do the same so you do not have to enter a code upon every log-in!
