I have an existing account under my husband's insurance. We recently switched to my employer and want to know if we need to set up a new Go365 accounts or can our existing ones be updated with the new insurance information?
That is a great question! When your enrollment is updated through Humana, your account will be updated. You will continue to use the same login information and the information will all be updated once that enrollment is processed.
Unfortunately, if you are the primary or subscriber on the same account, your Go365 account will start as new and all of the Points and Bucks earned will go towards your account.
