Why won't my activity/steps tracked on my fitbit versa2 not post to GO365?

I have had my fitbit versa2 linked to GO365 for about four weeks, but none of my activity/steps (I average 10,000/day) have been recorded in GO365.  I have tried all the suggested fixes, included disconnecting and connecting GO365 to the fitbit app.  I sync the fitbit app several times a day, and the fitbit app is linked to my versa2 and accurately shows updated data.  I have chatted with GO365 representatives three times, and none of them have been able to help.  Please advise.  Humana wants us to manage our stress level, and this problem has made mine soar!!!
