My GO365 malfunctions everytime they is an update.
I can understand the frustration when your steps do not update correctly. There was an update around that time, can you please complete the following?
I did all of the recommended actions, and it now only show +10points for monthly activity, but all of my steps and workout data aren't included. It's a shame because I would have had a lot more points to end the year with and maybe actually use those points in the Humana mall, but theres nothing I can get with 964 points.The updates suck.John Barnes Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device

When you completed the process to uninstall and reinstall, did Shealth show that it was disconnected and that you had to reconnect it or was it still showing connected?
