go365 app does not recognize and remember my device

The Go365 app does not remember and recognize my device.  Every time I go to log in I have to have a verification code sent to my email and enter it in the app.  I have the switch set to remember, and I have my fingerprint registered.  I've had to go through this process the last several times I tried to open the app.  I'm using a Samsung Note 9.
