Please help me get my biometric screening points. I uploaded all of the info, labs, etc but I just got an email saying I didn’t upload it. Very frustrating when it took 15 min to do it!

Unfortunately, they were uploaded individually and the additional results were not entered. What we have received has been updated.
There was no glucose result received. If you have this result, please upload and enter only the glucose to earn your Points.

I uploaded it again but I had to change the date since it is now over 90 days in order for it to upload.

I just looked and I only got points for being in range. I didn’t get points for doing biometric screen. Could you please fix?

The Biometric Screening will award up to 2000 Points for having it completed and up to an additional 2000 Points for having your results withing healthy range. Last plan year, if you had in range results for blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol, the Points would have been added to your account when your plan year renews. Since those results tend to not fluctuate through out the year, the roll over is to help you reach your higher Status Levels faster in the year.
You can verify this information by accessing your Go365 account and going back to your renewal date.
We finally got points added appropriately but now it won’t let me cash out the two $25 gift cards. Keeps saying try again later.
