Issues with app, healthy food card, and listed benefits

App has been having some issues the last couple months:
- Makes me go through the "new device login" steps every time even though I'm using the same phone I always have and fingerprint is set up
- Won't let me use any of the connected apps anymore (Daily Health Quiz, etc.). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Go365 app and the other apps and relinking everything, but they still won't work once everything's linked and logged into.
- Haven't been able to use my Healthy Food card. I've played the game and should have a 25% to use for December, but when I try to use the card at the store nothing happens. The cashiers can't figure it out either.
- Not sure if this is the place for this feedback, but I'm also wondering why my husband's info isn't listed anywhere in the Humana app, paperwork, or insurance cards. I know I signed us both up for coverage and I'd feel a lot better if I could physically see him listed somewhere.
