It has been 5 days now I am still on able to load into 365 not sure what's going on just keeps telling me there's an error try again.

I have been on able to log in to 365 for 5 days now. Can someone help I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 6 times still no luck just keeps telling me there's an error try again.  This has been going on for 5 days now.
