No, but I had an email issue a few weeks again and IT had to fix my email. And later I got an email stating that the system updated my email to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. But I was not sure if it was a scam email. And my system is still now working with the email I have had for 21 years XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Thank you for that! If the verification process would be working with the original email that you used. It does not have to be the one associated with your account if you updated it at anytime. You are able to use a work email or a personal email.
So I am not sure what the next steps are??
