Why do I have to keep verifying the same device over and over. My app is the current version.
Are you on an android? Support has known about this issue for over a month and no fixes yet. its getting really annoying.
Yes, this is ridiculous! I don't understand why it's such an issue.
Many of our employees are having this issue, all using the Android version of the app (not iphone). There are quite a few complaints on the Google Play site too. It seems to have started after the last update. We try to encourage all of our employees to participate in GO365 but you (Humana) apparently don't care enough to FIX an app with known problems!!!
Right now i can't login at all, either through my Android phone App or via the website, because Go365 isn't sending out the verification emails in a timely manner. I tried twice on my desktop and once on my phone. The first verification email showed up about 20 minutes after my login attempt. What a clown show.
