Still getting a "Device Registration"each time I try to access my cell updated app and signing in at the go 365 webpage

Each time I try that my cellphone app access Im having the same issue "New Device Register"I uninstall and re install, update the app but still the same actually trying to access the go 365 web page I got the same issue all the times. Need support don't know what to do to solve this isssue.
