Why haven’t I been given credit for my steps from 11/26 to 12/3? I know my watch has been synced with Go365 on numerous occasions. Not sure why it doesn’t show up. Thanks.
If you do not open your Fitbit app (to sync your tracker with your Fitbit account) at least once per week, then there will be gaps in the data sent to Go365. Once your steps are displaying on your Fitbit account, they will transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
Your steps, and Points, for the dates you listed have been updated.
