I see on the statement a line that says “Verified physical activity -7500 steps”. This is daily and is always 0 points. I get more than 7500 steps for everyday.

There is a current issue where the Verified Physical Activity Points are showing as 0 Points on the Go365 Mobile app. However, these are awarded and have been added to your account. You can verify this by logging into your Go365 account on an internet browser and viewing your Go365 Statement.
