Everytime I log into GO365 it says it does not recognize my device and emails me a code. It has not recorded any of my steps and Ihave received no points for my steps. How do I fix this?

Are you using Shealth? I can see that your steps were awarding through December, can you provide me with specific dates that are incorrect?
For at least the last 3 months only my wife's steps were recorded

Thank you for that information! I have checked your account and I can see that your steps were also uploading and your Points were awarding.
Did you check my wife's as well? Will she have to get a confirmation code
from now on?
