Since Nov. 8th, Go365 hasn't been syncing with Samsung Health and all my steps until 12/27/29 hasn't posted on Go365. I didn't Ihave chance to check it inyil now, as I had a hard time to sign in. Go365 stopped recognize my phone since their update in Nov, and I had to wait for the pass code through the email each time. I finally found that Samsung Health is even not in the options to sync any longer. I connected with Nokia Health yesterday and finally started recoding the steps again. I lost all the steps between Nov. 8 and Dec. 27th. Is there anyway to get them on my Go365?
I also reregister my phone twice yesterday and received your confirmation email, but still Gi465 app says my phone is a new device. Could you fix your app?
