You send a confirmation code to use but you don't accept it. Keeps saying it is not valid. What do you want????
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. The codes have a five minute window where they are valid. Is it taking longer to receive these codes?
Do you close out of the code window to open your email? If so you may need to open your email in a new tab, and Go365 in another to keep the same code window open.
