Go365 Not Syncing All Steps from SHealth

Received a Samsung Galaxy Active 2 watch for Christmas.  Downloaded the SHealth App and allowed all permissions between it and Go365.  Each day I have been short changed roughtly 1.5-2k steps in Go365.  SHealth shows I have the following steps: 

12/26 = 6597

12/27 = 7541

12/28 = 8241

12/29 = 7431

12/30 = 10261

 

Points I have been credited for in Go365 for those same days:

12/26 = 5

12/27 = 6

12/28 = 6

12/29 = 5

12/30 = 8

 

Clearly the apps are talking to each other as some of the steps are accounted for.  Why aren't the rest being counted?  I can attach screenshots if you need proof.
