I just noticed that none of my steps or workout made it to the Go365 app for the year. I get insurance discount by meeting certain levels. I have reloaded the app, it there a way to backdate the data to the app now so I can get credit?

Unfortunately, the data can only be pulled back to so many days to award the Points. Please be sure to log into your Go365 Mobile frequently to avoid missing data.
