Please look into why my FitBit and Apple Health steps aren’t not showing on my Go365 account.

Nothing has registered for well over a week....and I lost points and potential bucks as a result. I was also involved in some step challenges and the steps since 12/17 have not shown or been updated.  I really like the challenges and fitness habits, but it is upsetting and frustrating when my progress is not accurately documented.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Go365 as well as FitBit.  I synch my FitBit several times a day, and still nothing.  Can I get my steps added please?  Thank you!
