I took at deeper look into your account and see that you are getting credit for your daily workout outs. I see you are using both Apple Health and Fitbit.
For Apple Health be sure to open the Go365 at least once every 10 days to ensure we continue to receive your steps. For Fitbit make sure that your device has synced with your Fitbit account. We read your steps from your Fitbit account.
