Hi, i didn’t receive any points for my biometric screening. It was couple weeks ago and my husband have got all his points already
I am sorry but I do not see your biometric screening.
You can submit your Biometric Screening results on your Go365.com account by clicking Activities > Prevention > View Details under Biometric Screening.
Once on the Biometric Screening page, you will need to scroll down until you see the submission instructions. Enter each measurement into the corresponding box, upload your proof, and submit.
Your Biometric Screening must have a date of service within the past 90 days and when your Go365 policy was active.
Thank you for your response! I put in my screening manually as well as attaching a picture of it. At the screening I also has a nicotine test done and it was negative. How can I add points for it as well?

You can self submit your cotinine (nicotine test) Go to www.go365.com , click on Activities, Healthy Living, Get a cotinine (nicotine) test, click View Details and submit results. Results must be received within 90 days from the date of service.
