I am still experiencing issues when using the GO365 App.  My device is not being recognized  and therefore a security code has to be sent each time.  It is frustrating and is curtailing my use of the App.  Please provide a solution.o

Please provide a solution to the problem being experienced when using the GO365 App.  Device (cell phone) is not being recognized and has been an ongoing problem for at least the past 2 months.
