I have accepted Humana T&C and GO365 T&C, I removed the GO365 mobile app and reloaded, still no dashboard

New Year GO365 login:  I have accepted the Terms and Conditions for both Humana and GO365.  I have deleted my mobile app and reloaded it.  I still have no dashboard when I sign on.  What do I need to do to get my dashboard.
