Error @Fitbit after purchasing in the Mall. I talked to Fitbit and Talking to Humana when Humana told me everything was fixed but today Fitbit tells me that it's not fixed to talk to Humana! I get Little to No Support for this problem that evolved between Humana and Fitbit but I'm told that I'm suppose to fix It! I've contacted Fitbit Support and Humana Support twice who told me things were taken care of. I checked with Fitbit today because of an error and wasn't shipped yet. It's been almost a month now and don't know what else can I do now except quit the program! Any Help would be Appreciated.
