What can be done to keep these things from happening. I went back a few months and I haven’t gotten any points for gym check ins.
Hello! I can confirm that we are receiving your gym check-ins, and 10 points award on check-in dates where you have not already earned at least 10 Points from your steps. Go365 always awards for one workout type per day (steps or check-in), whichever will award you the highest number of Points for the day.
