No credit given for anything
It appears that we have not received anything from Fitbit since 1/2/20. Can you please ensure that your steps are syncing with your Fitbit account? To sync, you need to open the Fitbit app on your phone. Once your steps are showing on your Fitbit account, they will transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours, or less.
Let me know when you have synced your tracker with your Fitbit account.
It shows as being synked
Now I am shownig that your Fitbit account is not connected with Go365 at all. Can you please ensure your steps are showing on your Fitbit account, and reconnect your Fitbit account?
