I started the Living Lead: Nutrition & Lifestyle Management course, but the video a few steps in won't play after loading. What can I do?

I've tried different browsers, internet connections, etc., but the video won't play, meaning I can't continue or advance through the course. Is it down by any chance? What can/should I do?
