I've had 3 gym visits in the last week where no points were added to my 365
When you connected your Fitness facility membership via your Go365 account, did you enter the number on your key fob/scan tag within the "Fitness facility member ID" box?
This is the number that Youfit uses to submit the check-in data to Go365.

I talked to a 365 employee on phone yesterday and she said she couldn't see anywhere that I had went to gym and she couldn't find my gym when I gave her the address. Is customer service in a different country?
