I've now attempted this verification process from both my phone and my WORK computer and the verification codes sent are NOT allowing me into Go365
Hi there! So you are receiving the codes, but you are receiving an error that they are not valid and/or expired when entering them?
Are you receiving the email with the code within 5 minutes of clicking "sign in"? Are you manually typing in the code versus copy/pasting? Also, please attempt to complete using Internet Explorer as your internet browser.
