Haven't been able to sync for a week! 'We were unable to load the resources at this time. Please try again.'

I am able to log into the Go365 app but it is not able to sync my steps etc or to display my points, see my statement etc. I am able to log in but I get an error that says "Sorry. We were unable to load the resources at this time. Please try again." I try to log in online but once I click log in I am told "Hey there! This page is undergoing maintenance and will be back soon. Please try again later."  Please help, I can't sync and I need to complete some items before my biometric screening this week. No one else at my workplace is having the same problem. I tried redownloading the app, I tried restarting my phone, my phone is up to date on the software. I am running iOS 13.3 on an iPhone 7.
