I haven’t received points for my steps (Apple Health) since 12/28. How can I fix it?
I was not able to access my account since January 1st, 2020 and got no points fro my steps

Thank you for that information! When you reconnected Apple Health, did you allow all data to be shared? I can see that weight data is coming through, however, no steps have been shared.
Are there any other devices connected to your Apple Health or are you manually logging any information?

I set it to share all data. But I also have a steps tracker (iTouch Wearables) that is connected to Apple Health. So it is drawing from both sources. Do I need to disconnect the steps tracker?
Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately, if the steps are tracked with a third party tracker, the steps will not transfer. They will only share what has been tracked with the phone itself.
The phone is tracking on its own as well. And yesterday I removed the watch from my health app and it is still not transferring. Is there no way to recover points from the past three weeks??

Thanks so much. I averaged 8,640 steps per day on those between 12/29 and 1/15. The app began recording my workouts again on the 16th.
