I just noticed that no points went over to Go 365 from my Fitbit from 12/25 to 12/30. My battery died on 12/25 so I didn’t have it on that day but went back to it the next day. It didn’t sync properly again until 12/31. How do I fix this?
Hello! I was able to manually retrieve the missing steps available on your Fitbit account. Just remember to open your FItbit app to sync your tracker, daily. After your steps are on your Fitbit account, they will be sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours. Keep up the great work!

Go365 is not sent the step data unless it is already displaying on/synced with your Fitbit account.
Yes, I have constant sync on and I look at my app more than once a day. The
steps are there.

I can confirm that your steps, and Points, have updated. Please note that even if you have all-day sync turned on, you will still want to open the Fitbit app and ensure your tracker is syncing.
