Device not recognized on login issue (possible bug?)

It appears that this is not a unique issue, but it looks like your team is addressing this on a case by case basis rather than sharing with the community what the issue/solution is. Every time I login to Go365 on my phone I'm having to re-verify the device. Can you confirm that this is a known bug or share with the whole community how to address this issue?
