Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still haven’t received any daily workout points since 1/3.
I can confirm that we have received data from Apple Health since 1/3, but not step data. To correct this, I will need you to delete the Go365 app once more, restart your phone, reinstall the Go365 app, and then reconnect Apple Health. When you reconnect, it is very important to select "turn all categories on" prior to clicking "allow."
Please let me know when you have completed these steps!
I tried these steps last night and again this morning and am still not getting results.
