Unable to log in

The app performs the 2 factor ID and then signs in to a blank dashboard (reinstalled app, same issue). I can see nothing except how many points I have when I go to the Catalog tab, even though I can't see any of the catalog in order to use them.

 

Attempting to sign in online leads to an "under construction" page and never signs in. (for the last 5 days)
